Shallot

After many years of selection work, we have succeeded in bringing the Noa seed shallot to market. Noa is pale pink in colour and has an attractive, moderately elongated shape. An important characteristic for a shallot is vigorous growth and, consequently, a high net yield; our Noa meets these criteria perfectly. Noa falls into the early harvest category and can be stored for a long time under the right conditions.
